Polartec® Power Dry®

Polartec® Power Dry® Silkweight
A fast drying, light weight Polartec® Power Dry® fabric with wicking capabilities. It feels like silk and is ideal for day use or slimline garments.
New! Power Dry® fabric with X-Static®
This fiber effectively combats body odor by inhibiting the growth of odor-causing bacteria. It is a pure silver-bonded fiber that is knit into the fabric construction. X-Static® will last for the life of the garment, is safe, natural, and has permanent odor protection.
Cotton/Lycra®
90% cotton and 10% Lycra®. These garments have more stretch and are easier to don. Please note Cotton/Lycra® is better suited for products with Velcro® openings, but it does take longer to dry.
Foam Information
JoViPak® uses two different blends of highly resilient foam. Standard fill is best suited for lower extremity products and patients with good skin tone. Low ILD (indention load deflection) is a blend of soft, non-aggressive form recommended for fragile or compromised tissue. The foam is stable to 300 degrees F. so autoclaving or machine drying is an option.
Choose from either flat or shredded foam blended to your specifications for optimal effectiveness and tissue tolerance.
