UE-FS Fashion Sleeves
These cheerful Nylon/Spandex cover-ups are available for all JoViPak® Arm Sleeves. The intent is to boost moral, not add compression. They are not a substitute for a JoVi Jacket, but can be worn over a JoVi Jacket, or even over bandages.
Arm Sleeve Options
Made-to-Order products offer a wide range of options which allow you to order a product ideally suited for your patient's special needs or personal preferences. Options include foam, fabric and color selections, zippered openings for easy donning, and special pads to equalize pressure over the back of the hand. All of the options are listed on the Arm Form.
Full Leg The Continuous Flow© channeling (shown in picture) is designed for Secondary Lymphedema, directing fluid away from the inguinal nodes toward the lateral hip. This is based on the assumption the therapist is rerouting the fluid across the transverse watershed up to the ipsilateral axilla. When Primary Lymphedema is noted, the Continuous Flow© channeling will direct fluid into the inguinal collection area, unless specified otherwise by the therapist.

Extends from the toes to mid thigh. It is merely an adaptation, or shorter version of the LE-AG1. Notice that the garment has a cuff with no lateral rise, making it adaptable for wear with a JoViPak® Boxer Short. (Seen in Larger Image)

LE-AG
Toes to Groin, straight cut at the G measurement with no lateral rise. May be a better choice for the bi-lateral patient with little or no proximal swelling and wants to wear garment on either leg.
LE-AH
Toes to the Iliac Crest. Similar to our most popular thigh high, the AG1; however, the lateral rise is 6" to 7" (depending on patient's height), rather than 3-1/2" to 4". If the patient has extensive hip involvement, consider the Hip Hugger (See Upper Leg Form) with a lower leg LE-AD, or LE-ADVI (see Lower Leg Form).
Toes to Knee (tibial tuberosity). Continuous Flow© channels direct lymph flow along normal pathways. The sole extends to the tip of the toes, but the tips of the toes are exposed. This garment can also be used for Venous Insufficiency patients if there is foot involvement but no open wounds. (Refer to Lower Leg Size Chart and Order Form). Larger Image
Sizes
- XSmall to 2XLarge (Standard and MAX)
- 4 lengths: Floor to Groin (27"-33")
- 3 Foot Lengths: Shoe Size 5-13 1/2
JoViJackets, with non-skid soles, are available for AD to AG1 JoViPak® leg garments. Matching Safety-Soks with non-skid soles are available for all full-leg and lower-leg garments.
Note: If you discover your patient's lower leg fits in to a different size than their upper leg, consider a two piece garment. (Refer to Lower Leg and Upper Leg Size Charts and Order Forms.)
Lower Leg Lower Leg garment designed by JoViPak®, specifically for the CVI patient. The Zipper allows for easy donning and wound access. The entire foot is covered, but only the "floating dorsum pad" is filled with foam. This unique design allows for full range of motion at the ankle, and is extremely comfortable for the patient. If external compression is needed, one Lohman Lencolast® bandage may be sufficient. Other options are the new FarrowWrap® or the newly designed JoViJacket. Note: For CVI patients, we recommend the low ILD blend of foam as it is less aggressive for compromised or fragile tissue. Larger Image
This product is designed with Continuous Flow© vertical channels. For the therapist that feels shredded foam is too aggressive for open wounds, it can also be ordered with flat foam. Since many CVI patients choose these garments for round-the-clock wear, we have redesigned the ankle so it can be worn with a tennis shoe, even with a JoVi Jacket or a FarrowWrap® over the top of it. Larger Image
For additional compression, a FarrowWrap® fits perfectly over the LE-ADVI and into a shoe. Farrow Medical has provided us with 4 sizes of their FarrowWrap®. Refer to Lower Leg order Form for sizing information. Larger Image
Toes to Knee (tibial tuberosity). Continuous Flow© channels direct lymph flow along normal pathways. The sole extends to the tip of the longest toe, but the nails are exposed, unless you specify otherwise. (Use Foot Tracing Form). This garment can also be used for Venous Insufficiency patients when there is foot involvement and no open wounds. JoVi Jackets and matching Safety Sox with non-slip soles are available for these garments. Refer to Size Charts to determine appropriate size, or Full Leg Size Chart if you need MAX sizing (2" larger at Ankle, 1" larger at calf and 1/2" larger at Knee) All available lower leg Made-to-Order options are listed on the Lower Leg Form. Larger Image
Lower Leg Options
Options include Snug Fit (1/4" smaller at the ankle to 1/2" smaller at the knee), and Slimline (more channeling, 1/3 less foam). See Lower Leg order form for a list of all available options.
Upper Leg Thigh Cylinder extends from below the knee (tibial tuberosity) to the groin with a 3 1/2" to 4" lateral rise. If the patient's thigh is very large or pendulous, with heavy lobules, Velco® tabs, or belt loops, are recommended. For use in combination with the JoViPak® Velcro® laminate belt to keep the Cylinder and bandages or LE-DG1-JJ JoVi Jacket from slipping down.(See next image below) Sizes XSmall-6XLarge. Larger Image
LE-DG1/WRP Thigh Wrap
For the patient with rapidly reducing thighs, the LE-DG1 Thigh Wrap may be a better choice. It is the same design with an adjustable Velcro® opening. Sizes XSmall-6XLarge. (Refer to Options on Upper Leg Order Form).
Adjustable Velcro® laminate belt (shown with thigh cylinder) is available in 4 waist sizes, Small 26" to 36", Medium 36" to 46", Large 46" to 56" and XLarge 56" to 66". Velcro® belt tabs can be added to thigh cylinders and wraps and attached to any point on the Velcro® Belt. Larger Image
The new JoVi Hip Hugger extends from just below the knee to the waist, eliminating the need for a separate belt. Just wrap the unpadded extension around the torso and secure with Velcro®. If a patient has thigh swelling extending up into the hip, this may be the perfect answer. A lower leg garment can always be added later if necessary. The unpadded cuf on the distal end of the Hip Hugger fits inside any of the JoViPak® lower leg garments. Sizes XSmall - 3XLarge.

Extends from mid-thigh to high waist (transverse watershed) and is available for both males and females. Ideal for the patient with hip, gluteal, and genital swelling. The Boxer legs extend down 6" from the medial groin. If the leg lengths need to be longer than 6", submit a Full Leg form with your order. All Boxers come with zippered opening. Continuous Flow© channeling directs lymph flow away from the inguinal collection area for Secondary Lymphedema (described in picture) or follows normal pathways into the inguinal collection area for Primary Lymphedema, unless otherwise specified. Note: If the Boxer is worn with an LE-AF leg garment, a full length JoVi Jacket, LE-AG-JJ, is recommended as it will help hold the two garments together as one unit. Note: Please order as a Custom garment for size 4X and larger.

Vest
For Custom (Made-to-Measure): If your patient is larger than 48", or their measurements do not fall within the Made-to-Order pattern parameters, you may use the Made-to-Order Vest form to order a Custom (Made-to-Measure) Vest. Please include all measurements and email us a photo whenever possible.
Tips for measuring for a Made-to-Order productArm
- Measure the circumference of the least wrist (C), or the middle crease when the hand is flexed.
- Check the Arm & Lower Leg (Inches) | Arm & Lower Leg (Centimeters) size chart listed directly on the order form to see where the wrist measurement falls, i.e. 6-6 1/2" or 15.5-16.5cm is a small.
- Take the least elbow measurement (usually the crease) and see if it falls into the same size. If it is a little larger than the least elbow measurement for a small, check the MAX size, i.e. 9 3/4-11" or 25-28cm.
- Check to see if the circumferential measurement at the axilla falls into the Small/MAX range, i.e. 12 1/4-14" or 31-36cm.
- If so, take a length or inseam measurement from the point where you measured the wrist (C) up to the point where you measured the axilla (G). Measure the arm straight down to the side.
- The inseam for a Ready-Made/Quick-Ship Arm Sleeve is 17" with a 3" lateral rise. (43cm with a 7.5cm lateral rise.)
Lower Leg
(Note: capital letters in parentheses are measuring Landmarks)
- Measure the circumference of the least ankle (B), or just above the maleolus.
- Check the Arm & Lower Leg (Inches) | Arm & Lower Leg (Centimeters) size chart listed directly on the order form to see where the ankle measurement falls, i.e. 9-9 1/2" or 23-24cm is a large.
- Measure the circumference at the widest point of the calf (C). If it is between 16-17" or 40.5-43 cm, your patient still fits into a large.
- Take the Least Knee (D) circumferential measurement or the point just below the knee cap (D) (or just above the tibial tuberosity) and if it falls within the range of a large - you have determined the proper size.
- Measure the distance from the floor (A) to the place where you took the least knee measurement.
- The inseam for a Ready-Made/Quick-Ship Leg Sleeve is 16 1/2" with a 9 7/8" foot sole, top of toes exposed. (42cm with a 25cm foot sole, top of toes exposed.)
